Return-to-Base-Warranty (Send-In-Warranty)

12 Months from date of Purchase for hardware failure

You need to report a defective device to the Help Desk via Email at support@Vyeusa.com. If the Help Desk cannot solve the problem , you will be informed of which Vye service centre to send the device to. For this, you are responsible for the dispatch and insurance of the product.

Vye Computers shall assume the costs for the materials / spare parts and the labor costs as required, as well as the return shipping to the sender.

Please provide the serial number and proof of purchase (Invoice or reciept) for your device to speed up the response.

Vye Computers provide customers with the security of a manufacturer's warranty against defects.

The type and duration of the Warranty is 1 year from date of purchase on a return to Florida base term.
